The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with both colleagues and students, demonstrating reliability and exceptional communication skills. As part of our team, you will assist children who may be facing challenges with confidence or have specific educational needs across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1. Your role will involve supporting classroom activities as well as conducting small group and one-on-one interventions to promote student progress.
