Greenfields House is a welcoming home for up to 10 children aged between 5 and 13 years. Our dedicated team provides a comprehensive program of care, treatment, and education tailored to each child's unique needs.

Your Role as a Therapeutic Care Worker

As a Therapeutic Care Worker at Greenfields House, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the children in our care. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop individualized care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and foster positive relationships with each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and attentive care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Implement therapeutic activities and interventions designed to support children's growth and development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, educators, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Create a safe and nurturing home environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and interventions.
