Corporate Development Trainee

This office-based position in Birmingham offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and successful nationwide FM business, currently a top 4% FM company and one of the fastest growing in the UK.
About the Role:
- You will be dealing with property directors, facilities managers, and purchasing departments in a new business capacity.
- With a premium brand and a solid client list, success and ongoing career opportunities are assured for ambitious and capable individuals.
- You will work predominantly with the Group MD and Chief Executive to learn and understand how to sell FM, deal with leads, prepare presentations, and manage bids and tenders.

Requirements:
- A credible and professional individual with field sales knowledge in the B2B private sector.
- Initiative, common sense, and bid writing capability/skills in writing.
- You must be a hunter, competitive, and driven, competent with numbers, and an outgoing personality.
- Client service skills essential, with the ability to communicate, both written and verbal.
- A fast learner with a strong work ethic.
