We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our M+E division, you will be responsible for managing a multi-site contract covering various locations in the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all hard services provisions across multiple sites, overseeing a team of engineers.
- Collaborate with mobile teams to plan, implement, and monitor PPM and reactive works.
- Develop and implement staff training programs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure employee development.
- Manage client service delivery and contract KPIs across multiple locations.
- Oversee the financial performance of the contract, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their organization and requirements.
- Ensure a safe working environment by managing SHEQ requirements, conducting risk assessments, and implementing necessary measures.
- Manage technical compliance across the contract, working with operational and support teams to ensure accurate logging and recording of completion times.
- Negotiate rates with subcontractors and drive the profitability of the contract.
- Identify and implement sales and cost-saving initiatives to enhance contract performance.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- Technical background in an M+E discipline.
- Experience working in a commercial FM environment.
- Engineering management experience.
- Proficiency in using a CAFM system and managing KPIs.
- Experience in P&O and financial management.
