Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing hard services maintenance contracts on commercial FM contracts.

You will work for a Global FM services provider on a prestigious commercial contract, leading all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract. You will also manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint and manage both in-house and subcontractor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hard services maintenance contracts on commercial FM contracts
  • Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract
  • Manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint
  • Manage both in-house and subcontractor teams
  • Technically qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
  • Experience of managing hard services facilities management contracts
  • Experienced in managing both mobile teams and sub-contractors
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally

Requirements:
