About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Team Member to join our team as a Supervisor at our Burger King location in Crawley. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve excellent brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs where necessary
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
  • Support the team with food preparation and refreshments
Requirements
  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team is highly desirable
  • Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to make decisions
  • Ability to work independently and make reasoned decisions under pressure
