We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at Goffs Manor, a historic 15th-century Grade II listed house in Crawley. About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard
  • Managing cash and card transactions accurately
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Aged 18+ as you will be required to serve alcohol unsupervised
  • Well-presented and a confident communicator with an eye for detail
  • Committed to achieving success as part of a team
  • Determined to provide the best possible experience for our guests
  • Able to reliably manage the commute at weekends with late finishes

Previous experience and knowledge of bar and waiting in hospitality operations with a busy food profile is an advantage.
