We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Admin Assistant/Buying Assistant to join our team at In Focus Recruitment Ltd.

As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for assisting with tasks to support the merchandising team, including raising and amending purchase orders, reviewing weekly Order Status Reports from suppliers, and cross-checking data from customers and suppliers against our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising and amending purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of merchandise

• Reviewing weekly Order Status Reports from suppliers to identify any changes or discrepancies

• Cross-checking data from customers and suppliers against our system to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Assisting with new product set up and ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date

• Running reports for account managers and merchandisers to review and analyze sales data

• Providing administrative support to the merchandising team, including responding to ad hoc queries from customers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
