Quality Control Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Team Leader to join our team at The Job People.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality control specialists to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Team Leader in the Manufacturing/Automotive industry.
  • Strong background in Quality Assurance and control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
