Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales of Seeds, Fertilizers, and other farm inputs
  • Manage purchases of Grain from growers
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop leading solutions with fewer resources
  • Contribute to the company's mission of connecting growers with UK and European consumers

Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of on-farm sales, arable farming, and grain buying
  • Hands-on farm management experience or a similar business background
  • UK Driving License to carry out on-farm visits and other trips
