Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow sales of Seeds, Fertilizers, and other farm inputs.
  • Manage purchases of Grain from growers for our Trading team to market.
  • Hold and maintain a UK Driving License to carry out on-farm visits and other trips.

Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of on-farm sales, arable farming, and grain buying.
  • Hands-on farm management experience or a similar business background.
  • Ability to lead in our field and develop a sustainable Agri Food Chain.
