KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supporting the Buying team with product sampling and development initiatives.

· Analyzing sales and inventory data through weekly WSSI reporting.

· Assisting in the compilation of WSSI reports for the Buying team.

· Engaging in online visual merchandising activities.

· Performing weekly web administrative tasks, including product creation, collection organization, and SKU management.

· Organizing purchase orders weekly and documenting all relevant information.

· Developing and managing the critical path while coordinating with suppliers daily.

· Overseeing sample stages throughout the Design and Buying processes.

· Maintaining the sample library efficiently.

· Aiding in the management of intake for new releases and restocks in the warehouse.

· Providing support to the Senior Buyer during meetings.

· Monitoring and managing stock movement within the organization.

· Collaborating with suppliers to gather stock for E-commerce, Campaign, and Social media shoots.

· Participating in weekly fit sessions and contributing insights.

· Conducting competitor analysis on a weekly basis.

· Performing general ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role.

· A strong work ethic with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

· Flexibility to adapt to business needs and a willingness to support senior team members.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to all tasks.

· Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
