About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Swatch Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our watchmaking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on allocated watches, adhering to brand-specific guidelines and regulations.
- Utilize the brand extranet to stay updated with instructions and policies, ensuring informed decision-making and compliance.
- Organize and manage your workload to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with QC and Workshop supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders about any potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate with watchmakers and technicians for minor corrections or queries, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
- Deliver completed work to the logistics department for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Accurately record quality control and production data, providing valuable insights for process improvement and optimization.
- Conduct tests on new and refurbished mechanical movements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Engage in brand-specific training and continuous development to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
