Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on allocated watches, adhering to brand-specific guidelines and regulations.
  • Utilize the brand extranet to stay updated with instructions and policies, ensuring informed decision-making and compliance.
  • Organize and manage your workload to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with QC and Workshop supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders about any potential delays or issues.
  • Coordinate with watchmakers and technicians for minor corrections or queries, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
  • Deliver completed work to the logistics department for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Accurately record quality control and production data, providing valuable insights for process improvement and optimization.
  • Conduct tests on new and refurbished mechanical movements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Engage in brand-specific training and continuous development to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
