A reputable cost consultancy operating regionally across various sectors is looking to hire a skilled and driven Chartered Cost Consultant to enhance their team.

You will become part of a collaborative team culture, where you will have the chance to manage a project and client with a budget of approximately £10 million.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will oversee projects valued around £10 million, guiding them from initial feasibility stages to final project delivery. Responsibilities will include comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying tasks, such as pre-contract tendering, cost estimation, and contract management across JCT and NEC frameworks, including Design and Build contracts. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within a Cost Consultancy, Chartered Surveyor, or Surveying Practice is desirable. Candidates should possess MRICS Chartership or be in the process of completing their APC, along with experience in both pre and post-contract cost management.

Educational Background:
MRICS accreditation and a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Building Surveying are required.
