Job Title: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain efficient production by performing predictive and planned maintenance on equipment, promptly completing ad hoc repairs, and allocating work orders effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance roles, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
