Account Acquisition Manager

The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our exceptional team in Manchester. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting business owners and HR professionals to showcase our EAP solutions and demonstrate how they can improve employee wellbeing and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business opportunities
- Build relationships with senior HR professionals and business owners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product training and demonstrations to showcase the value of our EAP solutions
- Work closely with our Business Development Managers to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Participate in our Sales Academy program to develop essential sales skills and knowledge
- A competitive base salary of £25,000
- An uncapped bonus scheme with a guaranteed £250 bonus for the first 3 months

During your first month, you will focus on learning and development, with a gradual ramp-up to your full sales target. You will work closely with your assigned 'Buddy' and participate in roleplays and live call listening to build your confidence. You will also start to speak with businesses and understand how you can assist with their EAP needs.
In the next 6-18 months, you will consistently meet or exceed your targets, develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues, and graduate from the Sales Training Academy. After 12 months, you will be eligible for promotions and respected pay rises into either a Business Development Manager, Team Leader, or Trainer role.
