Position:
Logistics Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage operations within a busy dispatch environment.
• Oversee the packing and unpacking of shipments while adhering to established timelines.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and technology to effectively locate and retrieve inventory.
• Maintain precise records and organized dispatch documentation to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate shipping labels and oversee dispatch logistics.
• Address any issues with shipping labels in a timely manner.
• Submit requests for carrier bookings.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve delays or issues with orders.
• Handle administrative tasks, including phone inquiries and record maintenance, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Systematically resolve dispatch and customer-related challenges, contributing to ongoing improvements in warehouse efficiency.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Outbound Team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Accurately allocate sales orders and manage replenishment needs.
• Promptly address and resolve any operational discrepancies.
• Organize the batching of sales orders and ensure clarity in processing with support from the Warehouse Leadership Team.

• Background in Shipping Logistics
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management
• General Operations Knowledge
