Your Responsibilities
In the position of Facilities Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards within a dynamic automotive manufacturing setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of facility staff
  • Coordinating with the engineering department for upkeep and repairs
  • Ensuring waste management practices adhere to environmental standards
  • Managing team leave requests and facilitating training
  • Engaging in organizational and cleaning activities alongside your team

This role is a full-time opportunity based at our facility, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient computer literacy
  • Previous supervisory experience, ideally in facilities management or industrial environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Health and Safety certifications

Security Clearance
The selected candidate must be able to obtain and sustain Standard/Security Check clearance.
