An experienced Automotive Business Development Manager is sought to join a prominent engineering firm recognized as a leader in its domain. This organization specializes in the design and production of various fasteners utilized across multiple industries, particularly automotive.

In the role of Automotive Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include spearheading business initiatives, broadening market reach, and strengthening relationships with clients and partners.

Your main objective will be to pinpoint avenues for business growth, formulate and implement strategic plans, and contribute to the overall profitability and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities of the Automotive Business Development Manager:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue objectives. Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with essential stakeholders, suppliers, and industry leaders to enhance business prospects and brand visibility.
  • Conduct research to discover potential clients and partners within the automotive sector. Develop tactics to approach and secure new business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients. Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications for the Automotive Business Development Manager:

  • Demonstrated ability to devise and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
