  • Previous experience in a client support role.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette, enabling you to establish rapport quickly and show understanding and empathy as needed.
  • Proven adaptability in problem-solving, with the ability to listen, process information, and act in the best interests of both clients and Bionic Services Ltd.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
