Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate product propositions, feature sets, and user experiences based on a comprehensive understanding of consumer and business partner requirements.
  • Oversee the gathering of user insights, journey mapping, and market research to provide valuable recommendations for potential product features.
  • Assist in the development and management of the product roadmap, analyzing customer and technical specifications, and translating them into actionable epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical viability and optimal product functionality.
  • Monitor, track, and assess product metrics throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Be hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven, while also being a strong team collaborator.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Formal training in Product Management or a related field (e.g., engineering, data analytics, product support).
  • Experience in product lifecycle activities, including discovery and requirements gathering.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid technical background and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to facilitate product development.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Familiarity with platform/API products, cloud-native platforms, data encryption, and key lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of technologies supporting identity wallets, such as Open ID for Verifiable Credentials (OIDVC) or JWT.
  • Experience in launching successful technology products, particularly in fintech, identity verification, or security sectors.
