About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hotel operations manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth running of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, managing department heads and staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, health club, and maintenance.
- Manage and develop department heads and staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maximize revenue streams and control costs to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and community members.
- Participate in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans and protocols.

Hotel Overview
Holiday Inn London - Sutton Hotel is located in the heart of Sutton, just a short walk from Sutton train station and in close proximity to the town centre's shops and restaurants.
