We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential mental health services in the Chesterfield area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality person-centered care for adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Collaborate with external partners to achieve outstanding outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of our services and strategies to improve care quality
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a mental health setting
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Strong staff management and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
