Key Responsibilities- Onboarding Process: You will be responsible for carrying out the onboarding process for new candidates, ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are completed in accordance with company, client, and legislative requirements.
- Visa and Permit Applications: You will be responsible for applying for visas and work permits for employees working internationally, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Document Control: You will be responsible for documenting processes and procedures in line with ISO and client requirements, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained and up-to-date.
- Audit and Compliance: You will be responsible for undertaking regular internal audits to ensure that contractual and compliance requirements are met, and for identifying and mitigating any risks to the business.
- Reporting and Analysis: You will be responsible for collating audit information, generating and distributing regular and accurate reports to highlight risks to the business, and for providing support for payroll processing.
- Administrative Support: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including taking minutes of meetings, circulating action points, and completing other tasks as required.
- Experience: You will have previous experience of working in administration and audit/compliance, with a strong understanding of the Construction Industry and the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Initiative: You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, and be able to prioritize a busy workload and deal with demanding situations, people, and requirements.
