A look into the role Henderson Food Service is the leading supplier to the food service industry in Ireland.

We source and supply a range of thousands of products to customers including hotels, restaurants, and public sector organisations such as hospitals and offices.

Following another year of record growth, our team continue to exceed targets and delivered a sales increase of 41.4% in N.I.

last year.

Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator Role: Quality Management System Compliance Maintain HACCP & Food Safety plans.

Ensure departments meet Food Safety standards and HACCP compliance.

Monitor and maintain Quality Management System.

Ensure processes, procedures, and instructions are documented, controlled, and followed.

Support departments with management systems and compliance.

Coordinate Annual Management Review and report KPIs.

Conduct environmental audits and operational standard reviews.

Operational Compliance Ensure compliance with complaints, supplier non-conformance, supplier approval, calibration, pest control, temperature monitoring, inspections, traceability, and TACCP.

Auditing & Certification Facilitate 3rd party audits.

Conduct internal hygiene, quality, and fabrication audits.

Maintain communication with Local EHO.

Supplier Management Manage supplier approval and monitoring processes.

Conduct supplier audits and support the Data Manager in compliance.

Adhoc Provide data for reports and manage recall/withdrawal actions.

Support business improvement and transformation projects.

Customer Services & Support Investigate complaints and non-conformances.

Support customer information requests and ensure high product quality.

Decision Making & Problem Solving Make decisions to maintain food safety.

Continuous Improvement Raise non-conformance issues and support change implementation.

Identify areas for improvement.

People Management Conduct compliance training (Food Safety/Allergen/HACCP).

Ensure interdepartmental collaboration and compliance monitoring.

Skills for Success Joining us as Compliance Coordinator the minimum criteria youll need is: Degree or equivalent in a relevant food or product related subject or a relevant scientific field Level 2 Food Hygiene and experience in HACCP training Proven experience in implementing HACCP and BRC standards Skilled in managing HACCP documentation Knowledge of product and supplier specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages Full clean UK/EU driving license The Attributes youll need include: Ability to influence a cross functional/divisional team Ability to work cross functionally with an agile mindset.

Plan and prioritise effectively.

Excellent communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

It is Desirable if you have: Internal Auditing Certification Experience in allergen Awareness Training Experience with warehouse management systems Foodservice or warehouse industry experience Internal auditing experience Project management experience Familiarity with Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Are we right for you?
