Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Bodelwyddan. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, including flow wrappers, labelling machines, packaging, conveyor systems, and processing machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding on production equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience working with PLC systems and automated machinery.
- Understanding of PPM systems and food manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
