Key Responsibilities

  • Project Portfolio Oversight: Manage a varied portfolio of projects, providing regular updates to all relevant parties.
  • Collaboration with Design Teams: Partner with Business Development, Tendering, and Design departments to fulfill client specifications.
  • Client Interaction: Collect and incorporate feedback on preliminary designs to facilitate swift approvals.
  • Project Coordination: Engage with clients, contractors, and technical teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Keep precise financial records, manage changes, and oversee project budgets effectively.
  • Resource Management: Identify and procure necessary labor and materials within established financial limits.
  • Quality Control: Perform audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with local authorities to comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Installation Compliance: Ensure all installations meet required specifications for successful evaluations and connections.
  • Continuous Development: Work with the broader team to propose enhancements to quality and efficiency.
  • Health and Safety Management: Foster a safety-first culture and oversee health and safety aspects of projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Gather feedback and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Documentation: Capture project progress through photography for future reference.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in DNO/ICP work, ideally in a project management capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management.
  • Relevant certification for DNOs, Electrician, or Electrical Fitter.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certifications.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (or equivalent).
  • CSCS qualification (or equivalent).
  • Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
