Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are excited to be working with a family-run and growing plant hire business near Thame, to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for taking orders, producing quotes for customers, and organizing plant hire and rental agreements. Strong customer service and administrative skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via email and telephone
  • Create and follow-up on all customer quotations
  • Create purchase order numbers and confirm orders with customers
  • Create rental contracts and coordinate delivery with internal departments
  • Manage several key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service

Requirements:

  • Strong Customer Service & IT skills
  • Experience using SAP would be beneficial
  • Experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role
