Job Summary:

The Planner Athlete Partnerships role at Fanatics Collectibles is a key position responsible for coordinating signings between athletes, celebrities, and Topps. This individual will act as the central point for all coordination between talent, agencies, clubs, representatives, and Topps in the procurement of autographs for trading card products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with agents, marketing reps, and industry contacts to facilitate autograph signings.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to strategize, plan, and manage product production schedules and specific product deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Purchase Order Coordinator and Accounts Payable to ensure contracted parties are paid for all autograph signings in a timely manner.
  • Review product checklists with Brand for autograph requirements and ensure compliance to contractual obligations.
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings with Brand, Project Management, and Talent Licensing on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize autograph signings throughout the product calendar year.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in related field (sports industry, project management).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong passion and comprehensive knowledge of football, football players, and UEFA Competitions a plus.
