We are seeking a highly skilled Premix Operator SHE Lead to join our team at DSM, a leading supplier of vitamins, carotenoids, and other fine chemicals to the feed, food, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. This role is based in the premix department and also acts as an assistant to the SHE Department.
About DSM

Your Key Responsibilities
The premix key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting equipment in the field to ensure it is working properly according to specified operating parameters in the context of the production process.
- Following the sequence of production as dictated by the production schedule.
- Carrying out front-line maintenance and assisting maintenance personnel on maintenance tasks.
- To carry out packing tasks so that the products produced are packed and loaded to the prescribed standards with respect to quantity and quality.
- Visual process observations in the field and reporting the findings.
- Solving non-routine problems in consultation with the supervisor.
SHE Responsibilities
The SHE responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and supporting the right behavioral approach to risk awareness to create an injury and incident-free working environment.
- Taking part in the site's SHE audit program to demonstrate compliance with DSM standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the Regional and Global SHE functions to drive continuous improvement in SHE.
- Assisting with incident investigations.
- Training and advising on Emergency response.
- Taking part in SHE Toolbox meetings.
- Attending site DICI meetings.
- Site ADR Coordinator.
- Maintaining the site observation program.
