The Goodwood Estate Company Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leisure Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front of house reception, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and hotel guests. Your attention to detail will ensure that the Health Club area is always presentable, and you will be experienced in managing written and verbal correspondence with members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for potential walk-in members, providing inductions and Health Pitstops, and conducting health and safety checks, including pool water tests and safety audits. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have experience working in a member's health and fitness club, we would love to hear from you. Basic hourly rate £11.44, plus holiday allowance = £12.82. What you'll have:

* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Positive and friendly attitude
* Attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and organise
* Good negotiation and influencing skills
* Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
* Experience of working in a member's health and fitness club is desirable
* Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is desirable but not essential
