As a Leisure Attendant at The Goodwood Estate Company Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and hotel guests. Your attention to detail will ensure the front of house reception is always presentable, and you will be the first point of contact for our visitors.

With excellent communication skills, you will manage written and verbal correspondence with members and guests, and provide a warm welcome to our health club. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, including pool water tests, safety audits, and pool plant tasks.

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, who is positive, friendly, and has a 'can do' attitude. You will be able to prioritize and organize tasks, and have excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Experience of working in a member's health and fitness club is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and hotel guests

What We Offer:

  • Basic hourly rate £11.44, plus holiday allowance = £12.82
