Leisure Attendant Job Description

As a Leisure Attendant at The Goodwood Estate Company Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the front of house reception runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our members and hotel guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front of house reception, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks, maintaining the Health Club area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Conduct Health Pitstops and Gym inductions, providing a comprehensive introduction to our facilities and services.
  • Perform health and safety checks, including pool water tests, safety audits, and pool plant tasks.

Requirements:

  • Positive and friendly attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and guests.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Basic hourly rate £11.44, plus holiday allowance = £12.82.
