About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Equal Resourcing Limited. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety in the construction and civil engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct inspections to ensure SHEQ compliance
  • Work with project teams to deliver HSE standards on all projects
  • Manage contractors and ensure safe maintenance and risk management of plant and materials
  • Deliver training programs and produce educational materials
  • Conduct equipment inspections and lead incident investigations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • CSCS Card
  • Knowledge and experience of groundwork and reinforced concrete frameworks
  • Previous experience working HP
  • Experienced in Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Benefits

  • Basic salary £50,000 - £60,000 (depending upon experience)
  • 31 days annual leave (inc BH)
  • Death In Service (4X salary)
