Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

CBRE Local UK is seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Reactive and Planned Maintenance Services
Support the Technical Supervisor and Workplace Director in providing an exceptional reactive and planned maintenance service to building engineering systems and services in accordance with statutory requirements and safe working practices.
Carry Out Maintenance, Fault Finding, and RepairCarry out maintenance, fault finding, and repair on all building services and systems as directed by the Technical Supervisor, to ensure the uninterrupted and continuous supply of systems being maintained.
Develop and Drive a Culture of Service ExcellenceDeveloping and driving an enhanced culture of service excellence within the client location in order to enhance the brand to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure Compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental RegulationsEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and COSHH laws or regulations to make certain that all company Health and Safety policies, procedures are adhered to.
Complete Risk Assessments and Maintain EquipmentComplete suitable risk assessments for reactive and planned maintenance tasks to ensure safe working at all times and maintain equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures connected to the mechanical and electrical systems in line with statutory requirements.
Requirements- Previous Facilities Management Experience
Previous facilities management experience is essential for this role.
Problem-Solving and Analytical SkillsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Flexible Approach to WorkFlexible approach to work and ability to plan accordingly within the short-term.
