Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our Facilities and Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of vendors for goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and managing the Purchase Order process to ensure seamless vendor interactions.
  • Dealing with contractor queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Vendor management, including maintaining relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with the team to create dashboards in PowerBI, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial administration, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Proven experience with the end-to-end Purchase Order process, including raising and managing purchase orders.
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors, with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring compliance.
  • Exposure to PowerBI, with the ability to create and maintain dashboards to support business needs.
