Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor?


Protocol Education is seeking motivated Cover Supervisors to join our team and work in various outstanding secondary educational institutions. The positions available include both full-time, long-term roles as well as part-time flexible contracts and daily supply work.
Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise a range of subjects by utilizing materials prepared by classroom teachers (you will not be required to deliver or design lessons).

• Effectively manage classroom behavior in accordance with the school's established behavior policies.

• Build positive relationships with students by serving as a role model and ensuring they remain engaged in their tasks.

• Collaborate with the cover manager and other team members to facilitate the smooth operation of the school day in the absence of regular teachers.

• Represent Protocol Education professionally by maintaining punctuality and professionalism at all times.
You should consider applying for this role if you:

• Have at least 6 months of experience in an educational environment.

• Possess excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with young individuals.

• Are knowledgeable about child protection and safeguarding policies (an up-to-date DBS registered on the Update Service is preferred but not mandatory at this stage).

• Can work effectively in a team while also managing your own responsibilities.

All our supply staff are compensated on a PAYE basis, ensuring that you are paying the correct amount of Tax and National Insurance without any unnecessary deductions from your earnings. All applicants will be contacted to discuss their suitability and will then be invited to register with Protocol Education.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advertisement is for a temporary position, with the possibility of a permanent role becoming available later.
