Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our schools by providing cover for absent teachers and supporting students in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cover for a variety of subjects by delivering pre-prepared lesson materials to students.
  • Manage the behavior of students in the classroom, adhering to the school's behavior policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the cover manager and other staff members to ensure the effective running of the school day.
  • Act as an ambassador for Protocol Education, demonstrating professionalism and punctuality at all times.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • Good knowledge of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of your workload.
