Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project team on site to ensure that structures are being delivered on time, on budget, and as safe as possible. You will oversee the site manager and sub-contractors to ensure a smooth install process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze pre-planning information to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate suggestions for improvement in the erection process to the project team and stakeholders.
- Liaise with site managers and sub-contractors to ensure a smooth install process and coordinate deliveries, storage, crane scheduling, and logistics.
- Ensure that suitable Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) are in place to ensure the health and safety of the project team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong background in structural steel erection and project management.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement process changes.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CSCS Gold, SMSTS, and CPCS Crane Supervisor.
