Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Plan, manage, and execute all site activities in line with project requirements, ensuring efficient project progression.
  • Programming Works: Develop and implement detailed schedules, guaranteeing timely completion of project milestones.
  • Health & Safety: Monitor and enforce adherence to Health & Safety policies, fostering a safety-first culture on-site.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all works are carried out to the required specifications and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and promote a one-team ethos across different divisions and subcontractors, driving collaboration and efficiency.
  • Financial Accountability: Take full responsibility for the project's profit and loss, maintaining strict control of target costs and managing actual costs incurred.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Site Agent role, ideally within heavy civils or marine projects.
  • Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
  • A track record of delivering large-scale projects to a high standard.
