We are seeking a distinguished Senior Consultant to enhance our IT Procurement & Corporate Services division. You will play a pivotal role in fostering the ongoing expansion of our Wealth and Asset Management sector, executing impactful consulting initiatives, and influencing the future direction of our practice. Your collaboration with clients in the Wealth and Asset Management industry will involve understanding their requirements and challenges, crafting innovative strategies, and implementing solutions that yield substantial business benefits. Your work will span various transformation-focused projects, including launching new products and services, optimizing operational frameworks and technology infrastructures, and utilizing data to develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute extensive (IT) transformation initiatives within the Wealth and Asset Management domain.
- Collaborate with a high-achieving team to devise and implement innovative solutions.
- Identify new business prospects and contribute to the advancement of our Wealth and Asset Management practice.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to comprehend their strategic goals and offer expert guidance.
- Stay informed about industry developments and continuously enhance your own expertise.
- Robust background in management consulting.
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in Wealth and/or Asset Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Wealth and Asset Management third-party and technology services landscape, with experience throughout the outsourcing lifecycle, including business case development and cost modeling.
- Expertise in technology delivery areas (e.g., IT strategy, IT service management, agile methodologies, IT project oversight).
- Capability to define business and IT services, requirements, and service level agreements.
- Proven success in delivering transformations in areas such as new product development, operational models, sourcing strategies, platform modernization, and post-merger integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
