Job Overview

AESC UK is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a range of finance tasks that will contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processing: You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely payment of bills.
  • Bank Reconciliation and Cash Management: You will reconcile bank statements, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Employee Expense Claims and Credit Card Reconciliations: You will process employee expense claims, reconcile credit card statements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Administration Support: You will provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in AP and AR Processing: You must have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, reconciliation, and control.
  • Proficiency in SAP: Experience with SAP in an AP and AR environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: You must be a confident communicator, able to work effectively with the finance team, other departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: You must be able to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: You must have excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional Travel: You may be required to travel occasionally for business purposes.
