Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insight Partner to join our team at DataTech Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Insight Transformation efforts, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Partners and Insight Analysts to deliver high-value insights to our C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement Strategic Plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop Data-Driven Solutions.
  • Provide Thought Leadership and expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and strategic planning.
  • Manage and negotiate with C-Suite leaders to prioritize and agree on Insight Deliverables.
  • Drive Innovation and adoption of new approaches to insight and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite stakeholders and other key business partners.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading through change and coaching a team to balance re-organisational transition with business as usual.
  • Excellent understanding of the business sector, competitor activity, business pressures, market and financial challenges and the key drivers to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong track record of engaging with C-Suite stakeholders and building long-term trusted relationships.
  • Proven ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders, using problem-solving skills, the ability to translate complex data to clear messages and bring well considered, high value recommendations to drive profitable decision-making.
  • Experience of leading a small specialist team to deliver an accurate, high quality and effective data service to Exec level stakeholders.
