Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. As a commercial building surveyor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality surveying services to our clients in Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire.

About the Role

This is a home-based role, with a tailored survey patch that will be adjusted to your location. You will need to have a broad range of commercial work experience, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, acquisition surveys, and technical due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and presenting technically robust reports
  • Providing clear, concise, justified conclusions
  • Working independently and within a team structure
  • Liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000, depending on experience, as well as an excellent performance-related bonus scheme. You will also have the opportunity to progress your career, with partnership a possibility for the right candidate.
