Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Professional Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards, including BIM and HS&E legislation.
