Site Manager - Shrewsbury
A leading principal contractor is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects from cradle to grave, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality results. To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have previously worked for a Tier One contractor and have experience as the Site Manager responsible for project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients and reporting progress on project milestones
  • Supervising a team of construction workers and ensuring site safety
  • Meeting with subcontractors to discuss project requirements
  • Making regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Preparing and reviewing site reports, designs, and drawings
  • Maintaining quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Motivating the workforce to achieve project goals
  • Utilizing construction management software to track project progress
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Regulations at all times

Requirements:
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card
  • Healthcare certification desirable
  • Design + Build Experience
  • Good IT skills
  • Passionate about Health & Safety
  • Relevant driving licence
