About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project & Change Manager to join our Transformation Team within the Business Performance directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful change initiatives across our product groups.

As a Senior Project & Change Manager, you will lead on planning, designing, and delivering HR/Organisational change projects, working closely with a team of 30 experts in project management, change management, business testing, and product ownership.

About You

We are looking for an experienced project and change leader with a flair for innovation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will have a thorough understanding of change and project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall approaches.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent people skills, able to engage stakeholders across the business and build effective relationships. You will also be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to tackle a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our team.
