Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Leasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth transition of customers from the sales team to the final delivery of their leased vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify sales orders before placing with suppliers.
- Maintain customer communication throughout the finance process.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery after completion of finance documents.
- Ensure all post-delivery paperwork is submitted for timely payments.
- Handle PCN notices, communicating fees to customers.
- Manage end-of-contract collections and part exchanges.
- Oversee vehicle off-hire and post-lease purchase processes.
- Manage chassis profit invoicing and ensure timely submission.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
