We are seeking a reliable and experienced SEN Support Assistant to join a vibrant primary educational institution.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the school's EHCP effectively.
- Provide tailored support to the pupil, ensuring their needs are met.
- Adopt a flexible approach to learning, adapting to the pupil's requirements.
- Possess a Level 3 Cache/NVQ qualification.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Autism at Level 1.
- Bring experience and knowledge of working with SEN pupils.
- Exhibit reliability to foster strong relationships with the pupil.
