About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Management Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Clapham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of property managers and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of property managers and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure the business is compliant with all regulatory bodies and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
  • Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance and repair issues at properties.
  • Coordinate with contractors and manage deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants and manage complaints.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a property manager within residential lettings.
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
